Michelle A. Blaine, a U.S. attorney with expertise in global corporate corruption, advises multinational companies on international compliance issues with emphasis on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), development of global anti-corruption policy, compliance programs, training curriculum and risk mitigation processes. Michelle has 20 years combined experience as a litigator and assistant general counsel with the Houston firms Prisma Energy International Inc. (formerly Enron International) and Bracewell & Patterson (now Bracewell & Giulianni LLP). Michelle earned her J.D. at Southern Methodist University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from Texas Tech University.
